At Batool Almezal, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and service to our customers.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or an error from our side. In such cases, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order via email at:

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange the collection of the item and send a replacement free of charge.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
Please note that items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect care are not eligible for exchange.
Shipping
If the exchange request is approved due to a defect from our side, all shipping costs will be covered by Batool Almezal.
Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location.
